Zlatne police od krompira sa sosom od paprika u kajmaku
(zavisno od apetita za jednu do dve osobe)

Sastojci:
krompir
pecene paprike
kajmak
so
origano
bosiljak

Krompir ocistiti i iseci na kolutice debljine od 3-5mm. Bitno je da budu priblizno iste debljine, isto tako da ne budu ni pretanki ili predebeli. Kolutice poredjati u pleh koji je predhodno podmazan uljem. Posoliti ih i posuti origanom i bosiljkom. Peci na 220 stepeni oko pola sata tj. dok ne porumene.

Dok se krompirici peku oljustisi i ocistiti od semenki pecene paprike. Ukoliko ih nemate mozete uzeti nova frikomova zamrznuta pakovanja u kojima ima po 4 komada. Nije da ih reklamiram nego su dobri, u svakom slucaju lakse nego da provedete celu jesen spremajuci zimnicu. ;) Prilikom tog procesa paprike stavljati u dublju posudu (tanjir ili ciniju) posto su pune soka koji je dobar za iskoristiti ovom prilikom. Ociscene paprike iscepkati na trakice i iseci ih na 2-3 dela. Tako spremljene paprike staviti u zagrejan tiganj sa jako malo ulja. Obavezno presuti sav onaj sok koji su ispustile prilikom obrade. Krckati ih par minuta (max 10).

Zatim u tiganj dodati 2-3 supene kasike kajmaka. Mesati neprekidno sve zajedno par minuta, odnosno dok se veci deo kajmaka ne istopi, ostaviti par grudvica tako sirove.

I to je to. Brzo, lako, ukusno i jako. :)

Potatoes Golden rings with sauce of peppers in kajmak
(depending on the appetite for one to two persons)


Ingredients:
Potatoes
roasted peppers
kajmak (seriously thick milk fat - most similar to sour cream)
salt
oregano
basil

Potato cleaned and cut into thick rings of 3-5mm. It is important to be approximately the same thickness, so as not to be any tin or too thick. Then put the rings in the casserole which had previously greased with oil. Salt them and sprinkle oregano and basil. Bake at 220 degrees for about half an hour, or until golden brown.

While potatoes baked, pill and cleaned of seeds roasted peppers. If you do not have them take a new frikomova frozen packs which have the 4 pieces. Not to advertise them but they are good ans in any case easier than spent entire fall preparing food for winter. ;) In this process, put pepper in a deeper dish (plate or bowl) because they are full of juice is good for use on this occasion. Peeled peppers pick to pieces and cut them into 2-3 parts. When they are prepared put them in heated skillet with very little oil. Be sure to pour all that juice that are dropped during processing.
Crunch them few minutes (max 10).

Then in a frying pan add 2-3 soup spoons of kajmak. Stir constantly together in minutes, or until most of kajmak is melted, leave a few blob so crude.

And that's it. Quick, easy, tasty and strong. :)
